Adam Peacock is a post-disciplinary designer and artist, blending fashion thinking, critical design, photography, body-centric architecture, graphic illustration and emerging technology into his practice. His design-research studio The Validation Junky looks at the new roles of technology in society, observing the vices of stripped back human nature and imagining characters by exploring the potential of emerging human genetic and artificial intelligence technologies in fashion design and fashion photography. His projects attract attention and dialogue from critical designers, geneticists, plastic surgeons, magazine editors, brand strategists, futurists and have been published, exhibited and lectured globally.
Adam is a guest tutor and lecturer for the Royal College of Art MA Fashion Womenswear, MA Fashion Menswear and London College of Fashion MA Fashion Futures. He holds an MA in Design Interactions from the Royal College of Art, a BSc. in Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL and a Foundation Diploma from Central Saint Martins. He has collaborated with communications agency Anomaly in NYC and London on brand development and future foresight for Stella McCartney, Hugo Boss, Lyst and Audi, on editorials for Wallpaper* Magazine and as an architectural designer for architecture practice AL_A.
